How do you find the right coach for my teen?

We start by learning about your teen’s interests, personality, goals, and what they want to explore. Then we look for an experienced adult whose background and approach fit what your family is looking for.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are live, online, and one-to-one. Your teen and their coach might explore an interest, work through a decision, develop a project, reflect on something they tried, or decide what to do next.

What will parents know?

You should know enough to understand what your teen is exploring and how things are going, while your teen still gets room to make the experience their own.
